And let those who hate Him flee before Him.
2 As smoke is driven away, so drive them away;
As wax melts before the fire,
So let the wicked perish before God. 3 But let the righteous be glad; let them exult before God;
Yes, let them rejoice with gladness. 4 Sing to God, sing praises to His name;
Lift up a song for Him who rides through the deserts,
Whose name is the LORD, and exult before Him.
5 A father of the fatherless and a judge for the widows,
Is God in His holy habitation. 6 God makes a home for the lonely;
He leads out the prisoners into prosperity,
Only the rebellious dwell in a parched land."
The words of Psalm 68 keep running through my mind. Today, I am mindful and thankful of this Daddy I have in heaven. The weight of His love presses on my shoulders. I serve a God of Love and Power and just God. Who am I, that I might be called His child? Who am I, that He might know my name? Yet I get to call Him, Daddy. I get to rejoice in His presence. I get to be an heir to His glory. I am able to know this love personally.
Today, I take off the sandals. I feel and see His glory. The love of a true Father is so overwhelming. The grace of a savior is paralyzing and undeserved. The presence of the Creator is breath-taking. My heart aches with gratefulness and passion. I can't fall asleep because the comfort of this BIG GOD is holding on to me.
Our God is triumphant and stands victory as He scatters His enemies
The wicked tremble and disappear and the righteous rejoice in His presence alone.
Only one name to be praised.
He is Father to the fatherless.
He is Judge to the widow.
He is God and the place He dwells is Holy.
This is our God.
This is Abba, Father.
This is my Daddy.
